The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in customer lifecycle, digital adoption, or customer success marketing, ideally in Consumer SaaS.

- 10+ years of experience in customer lifecycle, digital adoption, or customer success marketing, ideally in Consumer SaaS
- Proven ability to design and scale digital programs that drive measurable adoption, retention, and revenue growth
- Strong analytical expertise, including customer segmentation, journey mapping, and experience with platforms such as Braze, Iterable, or similar
- Experience integrating or leveraging AI-driven tools and workflows for process automation, insights, or decision-making
- Skilled in data storytelling, with the ability to communicate insights and influence executive stakeholders
- Exceptional leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience driving outcomes across global teams
