Job Description
The Field and Events Marketing Manager is responsible for owning the end-to-end field event experience in Canada in partnership with the Growth Marketing Leader. This role focuses on creating high-impact, account-based marketing programs that fuel pipeline growth and customer expansion across the region.
Requirements
- Design and execute field event strategies that create memorable customer experiences and drive measurable outcomes.
- Own pre-event planning, including audience segmentation, messaging alignment, and engagement tactics.
- Lead post-event follow-up strategies, ensuring timely, personalized outreach that converts interest into pipeline.
- Partner with Sales, Channel, and Operations to align marketing activities with regional growth objectives.
- Use AI-driven insights to optimize event themes and targets, campaigns, personalize content, and predict engagement trends.
- Track and report on ROI, pipeline impact, and conversion metrics for all regional programs.
