We are looking for a Sales Engineer to drive compelling demos and proof of concepts showcasing our security automation capabilities. The ideal candidate will be located in Mexico City, Mexico.
Requirements
- Ability to listen to customer problems, work with the sales team, and demonstrate a solution
- Provide Proof of Concept service to pre-sales clients and maintain an ongoing customer relationship
- Ongoing technical touchpoints/health checks with existing customers
- Work in a fast-pace environment under minimal supervision
- Share best practices with other SE's to enhance quality of service and efficiency
- Develop subject matter expertise in assigned products and solutions
- Willing to travel regionally for customers facing activities, as well as marketing and user group events
- Channel feature requests to Product Management to enhance Trend Micro products
- Deliver partner presentations, events and webinars
