Trend Micro is a global cybersecurity leader looking for a Sales Engineer to be the technical bridge between sales representatives and pre-sales customers. The role involves collaborating with customers to understand their challenges and presenting tailored solutions, leading Proof-of-Concept engagements, and providing expert guidance on Trend Micro products.
Requirements
- Collaborate with customers to understand their challenges and present tailored solutions
- Lead Proof-of-Concept (PoC) engagements
- Provide expert guidance on Trend Micro products
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers and prospects
- Design and support cloud and security architectures
- Partner with technology vendors and customers to drive strategic alliances and strengthen partnerships
- Share best practices with the Sales Engineering team
- Proactively manage technical relationships with customers and prospects
- Contribute to the SE Readiness Program and develop subject matter expertise in assigned products and solutions
