Requirements
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for enterprise customers and prospects
- Develop a deep understanding of customer goals, challenges, and security requirements
- Lead impactful demos, presentations, and technical storytelling
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with strategic partners
- Represent the company as a thought leader at industry events
- Develop high-quality enablement content demos, videos, architectural diagrams, training assets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Channel, and Customer Success
- Provide product feedback and innovation insights to Product Management
- Lead and support Proof of Concepts (POCs) that demonstrate measurable technical and business value
- Maintain deep knowledge of platform capabilities
