Designer

We are looking for a designer who knows their craft and shows it through the work. The ideal candidate will be able to build strong concepts, explain their thinking to peers and clients, and handle feedback with a level head. The job is to create smart, on-brand designs that solve real problems and stand up to scrutiny.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in graphic design, visual communications, or a similar field
• Experience in an agency or marketing environment is preferred
• Proven knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, print design and knowledge of printing techniques, digital design, multi-touchpoint campaign design
• A positive and collaborative mindset that shows up in the work and in team interactions
• A proactive mindset
• A strong sense of personal accountability and follow-through
• Experience with AI tools is a plus
