Job Description
The IPC Trainer will develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills, knowledge, and performance of production and quality teams. This role ensures high standards of quality, efficiency, and consistency in manufacturing processes.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification or associate degree in a related field (preferred)
- Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) (preferred)
- Previous experience in training within a wire/cable harness assembly manufacturing setting
- Previous experience reviewing and implementing customer-specific workmanship standards (preferred)
- Previous hands-on experience in cable/harness assembly (desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
