Job Description
The Litigation Attorney is a full-time position reporting to the Litigation & Legal Reform leader, responsible for developing and executing strategies for complex litigated matters. The role requires a strong understanding of legal claims, ethical conduct, and effective communication with stakeholders. The attorney will manage company resources, monitor client exposure, and strive for timely and positive results for RiverStone affiliates.
Requirements
- Consistently delivers positive results for RiverStone affiliates, evaluating and positioning Affiliates with respect to complex issues.
- Effectively represents RiverStone externally, coordinating initiatives and advising on legal matters.
- Provides legal counsel and support for making informed decisions on complex claims.
- Strong understanding of insurance coverage and defense issues.
