Tri-Mack is a leading manufacturer of high-temperature thermoplastic components for various industries. The CNC Team Leader will support their team to minimize scrap and maximize productivity, ensuring quality and adherence to ISO requirements.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in a CNC manufacturing setting
• Leadership and team-building skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Strong blueprint interpretation skills and working knowledge of GD&T
• Proven problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
