We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent with construction experience to fill a key role in the Phoenix, AZ area. The selected candidate will excel at organization, communication, administrative tasks, and time management. Requirements
- Manage and supervise the work of subcontractors on the project
- Manage day-to-day operations of the construction site
- Thoroughly review and understand plans, specifications, and schedule
- Schedule and direct subcontractor's activities at specific sites to ensure a productive and safe workplace
- Inspect and manage all materials and tradesman to ensure compliance with project plans and specifications
- Maintain project schedule and direct subcontractors in accordance with the schedule
- Obtain final project final inspections and certifications of occupancies and compliance
- Assist Project Manager with project financials and track and manage GC costs
- Responsible for conducting weekly on-site safety meetings and ensuring all subcontractors adhere to onsite safety policies and procedures
- Responsible for completing the daily logs on a daily basis by the end of the business day
- Responsible for coordinating owner's vendors and equipment
- Reviews all submittals
- Takes leadership for punch list issuance and completion
