Construction Traveling Superintendent - Commercial Retail Projects So Cal

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent with construction experience to manage and supervise subcontractors on commercial retail projects in Southern California.

Requirements

• Manage and supervise subcontractors on the project
• Review and understand plans, specifications, and schedule
• Schedule and direct subcontractor's activities
• Inspect and manage all materials and tradesman
• Maintain project schedule and direct subcontractors in accordance with the schedule
• Obtain final project final inspections and certifications
• Assist Project Manager with project financials and track GC costs
• Conduct weekly on-site safety meetings and ensure all subcontractors adhere to onsite safety policies and procedures
• Complete daily logs on a daily basis
• Coordinate owner's vendors and equipment
• Review all submittals
• Take leadership for punch list issuance and completion
