Field Safety Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Field Safety Coordinator with construction experience to support our 'Safety First, Family Always' culture. The selected candidate will work directly with the Safety & Compliance Team to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient field operations across multiple states.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in construction safety
• OSHA 30 (or OSHA 10 with plan to upgrade)
• CPR/First Aid/AED, preferred
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and multi-trade commercial construction environments
• Effective communication, documentation accuracy, and strong teamwork mindset
• Computer Skills – Microsoft Office 365, Word, Excel, Share Point
