They will cover the costs to set up a clinic, provide ongoing management and support, and transfer ownership to the practitioner after 12 months. Requirements

• Current valid license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Associate (PA) in Oklahoma.
• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
