Job Description
This Fiber Technician Trainer role focuses on delivering high-quality hands-on training programs to FTTH technicians. The trainer develops and delivers training on fiber optic cable installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, including installation, cable termination, and safety protocols. Training materials, classroom instruction, and performance assessment are key aspects of this position. The ideal candidate should have experience in delivering technical training and a strong understanding of fiber optic technologies.
Requirements
- Participate in FMSCA drug and alcohol testing program (pre-employment and ongoing testing).
- Experience in developing and delivering technical training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Valid driver's license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience.
- Ability to lift and operate necessary materials.
- Ability to travel and work extended hours.
