We are looking for an experienced leader to ensure smooth and efficient operations in production and logistics, managing ongoing production processes, monitoring capacity, and intervening when deviations occur. The successful candidate will be responsible for timely production, reliable material supply and delivery, and maintaining quality, costs, and productivity.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Engineering, Production Technology, Logistics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of leadership experience in production and/or logistics, preferably in an industrial environment
• Experience in process optimization and Lean methods
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented work style
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• High level of personal responsibility and entrepreneurial thinking
