Requirements

• Completed business administration studies or a relevant training
• Experience in recruiting - ideally in a dynamic corporate environment
• Strong advisory competence and the talent to accompany stakeholders on an equal footing
• Affinity for active sourcing, digital recruiting tools and innovative selection methods
• Communication strength both in German and English, empathy and the ability to inspire candidates as well as internal partners
• A hands-on mentality combined with an analytical and structured working approach
