The role focuses on maintaining a clean, safe, and well-run property while providing excellent customer service to residents. Responsibilities include general cleaning, inspections, repairs, security, waste management, and emergency response.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a building caretaker, superintendent, or similar role preferred
• Basic maintenance and cleaning skills
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
• Must live on-site (suite provided)
