We are seeking an Export Documentation Executive to join our team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our corporate team, you will be responsible for handling export documents, tracking shipments, and coordinating with overseas offices. If you have a graduate degree and 1-2 years of experience, good communication skills, and a passion for international trade, we encourage you to apply.
Requirements
- Post Documentation
- Preparing export Invoice, packing List under Letter of credit
- Tracking Shipment
- Coordination with Overseas Offices
- Handling / Checking Export documents and submission to Banks
- Keeping track of remittances received and providing details to Accounts Invoice wise
- Coordination with Operation team for the tracking of documents movement, submission and follow up for acceptance/payments etc.
- Checking the Payments received, Bank charges related to the Export transactions
- Coordination with Banks and internal team for the completion of related works and follow up.
- Preparing REPORTS related to the work to inform the pending issues, stays action taken / being taken etc.
