Job Description
We are looking for an Operator- Domestic Resin Distribution to join our team in Houston, Texas. As an Operator, you will be responsible for collecting orders, sending confirmations, coordinating pick up and delivery dates, and managing claims related to product delivery. You will also be onboarding new customers into our ERP system and preparing complete documentation for each shipment.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
- Exceeding customer service expectations
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience working in an ERP system (preferred)
