We are seeking a Technical Recruiting Sourcer to join our team at TriEdge Investments. As a Technical Recruiting Sourcer, you'll be on the frontlines of scaling our engineering teams and developing strategic outreach campaigns to find top-tier talent.
Requirements
- 3+ years in technical sourcing or recruiting
- Experience running high-volume messaging campaigns
- Comfortable navigating complex technical profiles
- Track record of building pipelines for hard-to-fill or senior technical roles
- Creative approach to outreach
- Strong organizational chops
