Job Description
Trimac is a transportation company with an 80-year legacy of safely delivering products across North America. We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruitment for Corporate and Administrative functions.
Requirements
- Manage full cycle recruitment for Corporate, Administrative, and professional roles across the organization
- Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and timelines
- Provide consultative guidance to hiring leaders on sourcing strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices
- Support campus recruitment initiatives including internships, co-op programs, and early-career hiring
- Proactively source talent using multiple channels including LinkedIn, ATS, referrals, and direct outreach
