Job Description
We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Client team, driving hands-on execution of digital strategies across performance marketing channels while managing client relationships and campaign strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of digital marketing experience with expertise in paid and/or organic strategies (agency experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic, etc.) and/or organic search (SEO, content, and website optimization)
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, and other key digital marketing platforms
- Experience managing digital marketing budgets with a proven track record of performance-driven results
- Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and optimize campaigns for better performance
- Up-to-date certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, or other relevant platforms (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage internal teams
- Excellent project management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in presenting strategy and performance insights to client leadership teams
- A problem-solving mindset with a focus on driving results and delivering client success
