Accounts Payable Administrator

TriMark USA is seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team. This person will play a key role in supporting the accurate and timely processing of invoices, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with payment terms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience in accounts payable, or equivalent Military or practical experience
• JDE experience is a plus
• Food Service or Manufacturing experience is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of accounting principles and familiarity with accounting software
