Executive Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Senior Vice President of Trimble's AECO segment and other executive leaders. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, skilled communicator, and expert in managing complex priorities.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives
• Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion, independent judgment, and a high degree of confidentiality
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload with precision and efficiency
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and other business software
• Hold an active Notary Public commission in Colorado or willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire
