Project Manager/Program Manager

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, specifically managing complex IT projects, business systems, or enterprise-level software implementation
• Exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects, dependencies, and complex team structures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Highly motivated and quick learner
• Demonstrated ability to drive consensus, foster a culture of trust and collaboration, and lead cross-functional teams toward a shared vision
