Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in Sales Operations with a focus on incentive compensation design
- Strong financial acumen and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Marketing
- High proficiency in Salesforce.com and ability to manage complex datasets using Excel or Google Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting demands with ease
