Job Description
We are seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join our Construction Management Solutions (CMS) department. As a technical authority in AI/ML, you will lead the development and deployment of advanced deep learning models and drive business impact.
Requirements
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- 7+ years of expert-level AI/ML experience
- Proven track record as a Principal or Lead Machine Learning Engineer
- Expert-level fluency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch is a must)
- Extensive experience with Linux and bash scripting in production environments
- Solid grounding in data structures, advanced data modeling, and complex software architecture
- Exceptional practical statistical sense
- Superior algorithmic and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to lead others to solve highly complex problems independently
- Exceptional communication skills
