The TechOps Engineer plays a crucial role in the successful implementation and deployment of Application solutions on hosted and on-prem customer servers. This position involves working closely with cross-functional teams.

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, or other similar providers
- Proficiency in cloud services like compute, storage, networking, databases, and security
- Understanding of cloud deployment models, such as Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
- Proficient in system administration tasks, including server provisioning, configuration management, and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as IP addressing, subnets, routing, load balancing, and firewalls in cloud environments
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMWare, Hyper-V, or KVM
- Fundamentals of Business Accounting
- Analyse various financial statements and checking accuracy
- Invoice processing in accounts payable and receivable
- Basics of Payroll Management
- Understanding of cloud security best practices, including identity and access management (IAM), encryption, network security groups, and data protection
- Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation would be big plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proven experience in deployment support, software implementation, or a similar role
- Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to ensuring timely, quality solutions to customer issues
- Ability to understand technical concepts and communicate them clearly to individuals with varied backgrounds and skill levels
