Trimble is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to provide high-level assistance and solve complex technical challenges for our dealer channel and customers. As a diagnostic expert, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and debugging sophisticated software and hardware integrations, driving product evolution, and empowering our community with high-level documentation and knowledge-sharing resources.

Requirements

• Act as a technical consultant for field engineers and technicians
• Troubleshoot 2D models, 3D models, and point cloud data
• Drive product evolution by identifying and reporting design and reliability trends
• Empower our community by developing high-level documentation and knowledge-sharing resources
• Manage and resolve complex issues related to product licensing and provisioning
• Conduct thorough problem analysis and prepare detailed reports on recurring technical trends
