Trimont is seeking an Associate Director of Credit and Asset Management to oversee a diversified portfolio of intricate debt investments secured by commercial real estate. The successful candidate will interpret complex loan agreements, work closely with internal teams, and analyze lease proposals to ensure precise and prompt reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, real estate, or a related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in debt asset management or loan servicing
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Demonstrated understanding of complex commercial real estate structured-finance transactions
• Knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, industry terminology, and capital markets
• Exceptional communication abilities
• Skilled in interpreting intricate credit and legal documentation
• Strong analytical capabilities and mathematical proficiency
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adhere to deadlines
