Job Description
TriNet is seeking a Supervisor, Workforce Management to oversee a team supporting Customer Success and Operations in India. This role focuses on forecasting, scheduling, performance monitoring, and operational efficiency, with a strong emphasis on US-based standards and service delivery. The position requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in workforce management, 2+ in a supervisory or lead role
- Experience supporting US-based operations or clients
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Advanced analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in WFM tools
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data visualization
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
