Transition Support Services Specialist

TriNet is seeking a Transition Support Services Specialist to execute on sales-initiated requests, including quality review of client submitted documents, data entry, and scheduling client welcome calls. This role serves as a central point of contact between multiple departments and works closely with Transition Support Services Supervisors to support projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of degree and experience
• 2+ years Business process, sales support, or customer service experience
• 1+ years Previous experience with Salesforce.com
• 1+ years PEO industry experience
