UX Designer

The User Experience Designer is responsible for hands on design and crafting highly effective and engaging experiences that meet the goals of our clients and internal colleagues (users and our partners).

Requirements

• Lead projects within a product area
• Gather business objectives and project requirements from partners
• Understand the industry, market and customer business problems; translate into product requirements and roadmap
• Work with UX researchers to articulate research needs and conduct user studies
• Collaborate with UX Writers to create high fidelity designs informed by user feedback
• Synthesize difficulties to define and build user personas
• Provide guidance on UX/UI development for Engineering
• Work collaboratively to improve design system and UI components for use across the entire product
• Support product launch (providing guidelines as needed)
