Business Analyst

The Senior Management Analyst/Business Analyst will provide expert-level data governance analysis services to assist the NPS data governance team in the formation and execution of data governance framework, policy, and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of direct experience working with enterprise data governance teams
• Proven experience developing data governance processes and procedures
• Strong understanding of databases, data structures, and modern data architectures
• Advanced analytical and time management skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to articulate complex topics clearly
• Intermediate facilitation skills with ability to drive issues to closure
• Experience partnering within collaborative, national, matrixed team environments
• Active NAC or NACI security clearance eligibility
