Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled MDS Coordinator to join our team at Trinity Healthcare. As a key member of our nursing department, you will be responsible for completing the RAI process, maintaining compliance with policies and procedures, and ensuring the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Requirements
- Licensed as an R.N. or L.P.N. in the state of Texas
- Minimum one year experience in a supervisory capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or related healthcare program
- Knowledge of long-term care operational standards and regulations
