Job Description
Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a motivated Intern to support the Real Estate Management Internship program. The internship will provide hands-on experience in all aspects of Property Management, including leasing, maintenance, operations, and corporate operations. Interns will be mentored by senior professionals and have the opportunity to work on real-world projects. The company is committed to excellent customer service, financial investment and strong community involvement.
Requirements
- 1-year of work experience and/ or extra circular activity involvement
- Fluently read and write English
- Accurately perform intermediate mathematical functions
- Use on-site resident management software functions
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, talk, hear, and reach with feet, legs, back, arms, and hands
- Ability to demonstrate auditory and/or visual alarms and work extended hours/weekends
