We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to lead Search (PPC) and Affiliate channels within the Digital department. The role involves developing and executing paid media strategies to drive revenue and new customer growth.
Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in actively running high growth performance marketing campaigns either in-house or at an agency
- Advanced hands-on experience with PPC and search channels
- Experience with Affiliates Networks is a benefit
- In-depth knowledge of wider Social and Search landscape and emerging digital trend, demonstrating a solid understanding of their analytics and how they operate
- Self-starter with a commercial mindset who is eager to deliver against ambitious, profitable growth targets
- A curious and analytical mindset, always open to learning and hypothesis testing
- A team player who has a proven ability to work effectively with multiple teams
- Adaptable and highly organised, able to work in a fast-paced, scale-up environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities
- A confident communicator, who understands how to adjust written and verbal communications to suit different audiences
- Competent user of excel and google sheets including vlookups and PivotTables
- Proactive with a can-do attitude, always striving to find ways to improve our campaign performance and ways of working
