Job Description
Trinny London is seeking a Senior Visual Merchandising Manager to lead the creation and execution of global visual merchandising strategies for retail spaces. This role involves crafting immersive layouts, aligning VM with brand direction, and leading a team to deliver high-quality customer experiences. The team will focus on innovation, driving sales, and maintaining brand integrity.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in visual merchandising, preferably with retail experience in the beauty, fragrance, or luxury sector.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of how VM drives sales and enhances brand equity.
- Strong awareness of retail and consumer trends.
- Excellent project management and communication skills.
