Financial Planning Analyst (Chemical Manufacturing)

Trinseo is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to support Supply Chain Services and Operations (Manufacturing) organizations. The role involves analyzing financial performance, developing forecasts, assisting with budgeting, and ensuring accurate financial reporting and control systems. This is a hybrid position requiring approximately 1 day in the office per week, based in the Wayne, PA area.

Requirements

• Analyze and understand results, trends, and variances for functional fixed costs.
• Assist in development of monthly forecast for Supply Chain Services and Operations.
• Support Annual Budget and Five Year Planning process for Supply Chain Services and Operations.
• Assists in the analysis of strategic initiatives and in the preparation of recommendations.
• Support Environment of Compliance, Control & SOX.
• Enhance reporting through streamlining and automation and participation in and support of continuous improvement projects.
