Intermediate UX Designer

Founded in 2017, TripArc is a privately held company that powers top Travel Agencies and Tour Operators in North America. We are seeking an Intermediate UX Designer to join our growing team and contribute to creating thoughtful product experiences that support evolving platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in UX design
• Online portfolio showcasing UX design work
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related discipline)
• Strong UX and visual design skills, with the ability to leverage and expand upon an existing design system
• Solid understanding of UX principles, accessibility, and usability heuristics
• Proven experience delivering design solutions in ambiguous and evolving problem spaces with the ability to iterate fast
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
