Job Description
TripleLift is seeking a Technical Solutions Consultant to own and maintain connections on their platform, enabling clients to transact seamlessly. The ideal candidate will have a service-oriented mindset, analytical skills, and technical expertise to identify areas of opportunity and optimization.
Requirements
- Deeply understand TripleLift channel partners and their technology
- Create experiment proposals to increase liquidity in the marketplace
- Identify and determine the root cause of aberrations
- Actively manage discrepancies between TripleLift and partners
- Support internal and external ad hoc reporting requests
- Collaborate on creation of surveys to deploy to customers
- Troubleshoot marketplace liquidity blockers
- Own relationship with support teams/integrations managers of channel
