Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 4 years sales experience
- Proven success in exceeding sales targets and managing territories independently
- Key account management experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry
- Expertise in engaging Integrated Delivery Network (IDN) and Long Term Care (LTC) stakeholders, including C-Suite executives
- Experience with product launches and navigating reimbursement and formulary channels
- Proficiency in using Health Economics Outcomes Research (HEOR)/pharmacoeconomic data to influence formulary decisions
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex sales and technical data and to develop strategic and actionable business plans
- Excellent presentation skills and experience
- Excellent scientific and business acumen
- Valid US drivers license and clean driving record
