Job Description
We're seeking a QA Lead to join our client's team and guide SAP S/4HANA functional testing efforts across a large, multi-wave program. You will lead large-scale SAP testing efforts, influence test strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years in QA/testing with strong SAP and S/4HANA functional testing experience
- 3+ years leading QA efforts as a Test Lead or Test Manager
- Strong command of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience managing distributed QA teams and vendor testers
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, JIRA, TestRail, Xray, or similar tools
- Strong communication, analysis, and problem-solving capabilities
