Maintenance Engineer

Trivium Packaging is a global sustainability leader in metal packaging seeking a Maintenance Engineer to lead a team of maintenance staff, develop and implement preventive maintenance programs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in maintenance engineering.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical systems.
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in maintenance management software.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Experience with budget management and cost control.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent English and Hungarian language knowledge.
