Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Mechanical aptitude
• 2+ years of experience in high volume manufacturing preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Teamwork abilities
• Organizational skills
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
• Basic computer & math skills
• Detail-oriented
• Ability to work all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Ability to work in various physical environments (e.g., extreme cold, heat, fumes, dust, odors)
• Compliance with safety policies and procedures
