Job Description
TRM Labs is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to join their Forward Deployed Engineering team, focusing on building and deploying generative AI systems in secure, high-side environments. The role involves aligning AI capabilities with national security missions, managing AI applications from development to deployment, and accelerating mission wins. The position prioritizes speed, transparency, and impact in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Requirements
- Strong background in ML model evaluation/tuning, Python, API integration, SQL, and MCP servers.
- Proven ability to deliver results quickly within highly regulated or bureaucratic environments.
- Excellent communicator with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
