Job Description
TRM Labs is seeking a Commissions Analyst to ensure accurate and scalable operations in commissions and revenue management. This role involves ensuring timely and error-free payouts, resolving system issues, and implementing process improvements to support sales growth and financial accuracy. The Analyst will work cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in revenue operations, commissions administration, or related finance roles.
- Strong technical proficiency with commissions tools (Spiff preferred), Salesforce CRM, and billing/AR platforms.
- Background in accounting operations (billing, invoicing, AR, or contract review).
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy with ownership mindset.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in reconciliations, variance analysis, and ASC 340-40 compliance.
