Job Description
TRM Labs is seeking a Creative Director to lead brand expression for their Go-to-Market team, focusing on website, campaigns, product launches, and events. This is a player-coach role that requires owning the visual identity, leading creative initiatives, and collaborating with various teams to drive impactful results. The company focuses on combating crime through blockchain intelligence and analytics, empowering governments and financial institutions.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or visual design
- Strong track record of leading creative work for high-growth tech companies or top-tier agencies
- Experience owning and evolving a brand system across multiple channels
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other visual design tools
- Exceptional visual and conceptual storytelling skills
- Proven experience leading projects from brief to delivery
- Comfort navigating ambiguity and identifying design impact
