Job Description
Trócaire is seeking a Renewable Energy Project Manager for their Lite Salone project, contributing to the M300 government of Sierra Leone. The role involves leading project implementation, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring project management excellence. This position will manage a local partner, private sector partner, and stakeholders in the project, aiming to achieve sustainable last mile solar electrification with strong community engagement.
Requirements
- University degree in Project Management, International Development, Climate Change, Renewable Energy or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in project management, coordination, and implementation within development, humanitarian, or public sector contexts.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
- Experience working with local civil society partners or in partnership-based programming.
