Job Description
The Lake Club in Bradenton, FL is looking for a Full-Time Property Maintenance Specialist to support the daily upkeep and overall appearance of an exclusive private residential community.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property maintenance, hospitality, or a related field
- Experience in luxury or high-end residential environments preferred
- General knowledge of electrical, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and basic irrigation systems
- Valid driver’s license required
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
